Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. For online purchases, eligible UK consumers generally have the right to cancel their order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying us of your cancellation.

30-Day Returns

After the statutory cancellation period, we offer an additional 30-day return period for eligible items.

To be eligible for our 30-day return policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with any original packaging where applicable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on where and how to return your item.

Return Shipping

Unless otherwise required by law, you may be responsible for the cost of returning an item under our additional 30-day return policy.

For a valid statutory cancellation, you are responsible for returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise or the law requires us to cover the cost.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

For a valid statutory cancellation, we will refund the payments we are required to refund under applicable law, including the cost of standard delivery where applicable.

We will generally issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or earlier where required by law. Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.

For returns under our additional 30-day return policy, once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund has been approved.

Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your payment provider some time to process the refund.
